Das erwartet dich bei uns:

  • Du planst, analysierst und optimierst Kampagnen im Bereich der klassischen Medien von Print über (D)OOH bis hin zu Audio und crossmedialen Vermarkter-Paketen (Display, Newsletter, Direktbuchung).
  • Du behältst die Budgets deiner Kund*innen im Auge.
  • Du interpretierst Briefings, erstellst Rebriefings und leitest daraus fundierte Mediaempfehlungen ab.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erreichung von vorgegebenen Kampagnenzielen, hältst die vorgegebenen Media-KPIs ein und hast dabei immer einen Blick auf die Wirkungsmaximierung.
  • Du beobachtest Markt- und Technologietrends – inkl. neuer Daten- und KI-Möglichkeiten – und bringst deine Insights aktiv ein.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg*innen aus anderen Media-Disziplinen zusammen.

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Mediaplanung im Schwerpunkt Print und anderen klassischen Mediagattungen mit.
  • Du bleibst über die neuesten Entwicklungen im Markt informiert und hast ein Gespür für Trends.
  • Du überzeugst mit deiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe und deinem Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und treibst Themen aktiv voran.
  • Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und souveränen Umgang mit gängigen Office- und Planungstools.
  • Du setzt neue Tools, inklusive KI, selbstverständlich in deiner täglichen Arbeit ein und hältst dein Wissen dazu kontinuierlich aktuell.
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
