Wir suchen einen ambitionierten Sales Manager, der unsere Vision teilt und unsere Media-, Tech- und Sponsoring Solutions erfolgreich im Markt platziert.

Das erwartet dich bei uns:

  • Du gewinnst eigenverantwortlich neue Geschäftspartner, von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Abschluss und pflegst gleichzeitig aktiv bestehende Kundenbeziehungen.
  • Du denkst Vertrieb strategisch und baust das Kundenportfolio gezielt und nachhaltig aus.
  • Im direkten Kundenaustausch ermittelst du Bedarfe und entwickelst gemeinsam passende Lösungen.
  • Deine Vertriebspipeline steuerst und skalierst du eigenständig im CRM-System - strukturiert und immer up to date.
  • Du erkennst neue Marktpotenziale frühzeitig, behältst Branchen-Trends im Blick und erschließt neue Kundensegmente.
  • Du baust strategische Allianzen auf und pflegst sie langfristig, um das Wachstum des Unternehmens nachhaltig zu sichern.
  • Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit digitalem Consulting, Produktentwicklung und weiteren internen Stakeholdern ist für dich selbstverständlich.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast Freude an der Akquirierung und Beratung von Neukunden und setzt dabei ihre Bedürfnisse und Wünsche an erste Stelle.
  • Ausgeprägte "Hunter-Mentalität", Verhandlungsgeschick und Abschlussstärke.
  • Du hast einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich der digitalen Medien (Programmatic Advertising, Social Media, Paid Media, o.Ä.).
  • Du bist ein*e Teamplayer*in und hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachbereichen.
  • Du bist offen, kommunikationsstark und motiviert, Ideen voranzutreiben.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Berufserfahrung im (digitalen) Marketing in der Media-Branche.
  • Du besitzt ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und bist in der Lage diese für andere verständlich darzustellen.
  • Du verstehst dich selbst als teamfähig, selbstständig und zeigst Eigeninitiative.
  • Du verfügst über gute Englisch‐ und MS‐Office‐Anwenderkenntnisse.
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
