  • Du gehst auf die Bedürfnisse deiner Kund*innen ein, schaffst Vertrauen durch Verlässlichkeit und pflegst Beziehungen mit einem hohen Maß an Empathie.
  • Du knüpfst aktiv neue Kontakte und behältst die Businessziele deiner Kund*innen immer im Blick.
  • Du steuerst deine Kund*innen-Projekte nicht nur operativ, sondern denkst auch mit. Dabei hinterfragst du Briefings, entwickelst Lösungsansätze und sorgst für einen strukturierten Projektablauf.
  • Du sorgst mit deinem professionellen Auftreten und fachlicher Tiefe dafür, dass unsere Agentur als geschätzter Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe etabliert ist.
  • Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen (z.B. Planung, Strategie oder Mediaorchestrierung), um die Mediaplanung sowie Projekte integriert und wirkungsvoll umzusetzen.
  • Du versorgst deine Kund*innen kontinuierlich mit wichtigen Marktinformationen, Trends und Wettbewerbsanalysen und lädst sie aktiv zu bedeutenden Branchenevents und Awards ein, um ihre Präsenz und Vernetzung zu fördern.
  • Du entwickelst dein Verständnis für Kommunikationsprozesse, Kundenzusammenarbeit und Projektsteuerung Schritt für Schritt weiter.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du bringst sehr fundierte Berufserfahrung im Kunden- oder Projektmanagement mit. Idealerweise mit Schwerunkt Media aus einer Mediaagentur.
  • Du bringst ein sehr gutes Gespür für Marken und die einzigartigen Bedürfnisse deiner Kund*innen mit und verwandelst diese mit Leidenschaft und strategischem Denken in maßgeschneiderte Angebote, die begeistern.
  • Du kennst dich mit Mediaplanung aus oder hast in crossmedialen Projekten eng mit Media-Teams zusammengearbeitet.
  • Du verstehst, wie man Marken erfolgreich positioniert und berätst deine Kund*innen partnerschaftlich und immer auf Augenhöhe.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und verlierst auch bei komplexen Projekten nicht den Überblick.
  • Du beeindruckst mit deinem selbstbewussten Auftreten, deiner entschlossenen Entscheidungsfähigkeit und einer klaren, lösungsorientierten Kommunikation.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit HubSpot, awork und Power BI oder bist bereit, dich schnell in diese Tools einzuarbeiten.
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
