The posting

Das erwartet dich bei uns:

  • Du arbeitest als Spezialist*in im Team der Insights & Analytics Unit.
  • Du übernimmst die gesamthafte Verantwortung bei Primärforschungs-Projekten (überwiegend quantitative Werbewirkungs-Studien) für namhafte Kund*innen der Agentur.
  • Neben einer inhaltlichen Kundenberatungsleistung kümmerst du dich mit um das komplette Projektmanagement: Briefing, Studiendesign, Erstellung von Fragebögen, Auswahl geeigneter Verfahren und Analysen, Durchführung der Projekte mit externen Partnern, Ergebnisinterpretation im Kontext der Marketingfragestellung.
  • Du analysierst und visualisierst Daten und Erkenntnisse in Power BI Dashboards und PowerPoint.
  • Für dich ist das Projekt erst abgeschlossen, wenn durch eine starke Visualisierung der komplexen Ergebnisse, „snackable Content“ für unsere Kunden entstanden ist.
  • Als Team stehen dir die Kolleg*Innen der Insights & Analytics Unit für methodisch-inhaltliche Fragen selbstverständlich zur Seite.
  • Du hilfst uns auch in der Zusammenarbeit mit andern Units in der Agentur, über die fachliche Expertise hinaus, strategische Empfehlungen für unsere Kunden (auch Neugeschäft) zu geben.

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine entsprechende Ausbildung und blickst schon auf mehrere Jahre berufliche Projekt- und Beratungs-Erfahrung im Bereich Markt- oder Marketingforschung zurück.
  • Du möchtest dich in einer Agentur, die innovative Kommunikationslösungen für Marken und Unternehmen verantwortet, weiterentwickeln.
  • Idealerweise hast du schon Erfahrungen in oder in der Zusammenarbeit mit einer Mediaagentur gesammelt.
  • Du kennst dich schon mit Power BI aus, um die Nuggets in Studien/Analysen überzeugend aufzubereiten, die unseren Kund*innen helfen, ihre Marketing-Investitionen effizienter zu steuern.
  • Du hast Interesse an KI und an dem Einsatz neuer Technologien im Bereich Insights.
  • Der sichere Umgang mit Microsoft Excel und PowerPoint sind dabei für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit.
  • Deine Affinität zu Datenanalyse-Themen hilft dir, durch Projekte auch im Datenprozess mit den marktüblichen Tools wirksam zu navigieren.
  • Du hast Spaß daran, nicht nur im Maschinenraum die Ergebnisse zu sondieren, sondern auch in der Kundenberatung deine gesamte Expertise einzubringen.
  • In dieser Rolle bist du viel im Austausch: Du vernetzt dich aktiv mit Kolleg*innen, holst dir Informationen direkt bei den richtigen Ansprechpartner*innen und arbeitest gerne gemeinsam an Lösungen.
