Desde PIMEC estamos seleccionando para empresa dedicada al diseño, desarrollo y fabricación de maquinaria y equipos automáticos para laboratorios de análisis clínicos ubicada en Esplugues de Llobregat, un/a ADJUNTO/A DIRECCIÓN DE OPERACIONES.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

Tu MISIÓN será la de supervisar el área de operaciones de la empresa, incluyendo compras, planificación, mantenimiento, logística. Optimizar los procesos operativos para apoyar el crecimiento estratégico de la empresa y mejorar la eficiencia y eficacia de las operaciones.

En dependencia de la Dirección de Operaciones, te RESPONSABILIZARÁS de:

- Asegurar que la demanda del cliente está cubierta en todo momento, implementando las políticas de gestión de stock y/o capacidad de fabricación necesarias en cada caso para cada tipo de producto.

- Gestionar los recursos materiales y humanos para el desarrollo de las funciones, con un control exhaustivo de sus correspondientes costes.

- Definir, gestionar y supervisar los objetivos de las diferentes áreas con sus respectivos KPI’s para su análisis y seguimiento.

- Planificar y supervisar la demanda de producción (forecast y demandas internas)

- Supervisar el desarrollo de la estrategia global de compras, incluyendo contratos con los diferentes proveedores.

- Identificar, analizar y resolver los problemas de calidad, mediante acciones de mejora continua.

- Supervisar el proceso del control/verificación/ubicación de la recepción de materiales y piezas.

- Definir el plan de producción anual, basado en el Budget y recursos.

- Asignar las órdenes de fabricación.

- Monitorizar el proceso productivo y proponer acciones de mejora continua con el objetivo de optimizarlo al máximo siendo seguro para los trabajadores.

- Se responsabilizará del control económico de la producción; vigilará y estudiará los costes de la producción y sus posibles desviaciones.

- Reducir Lead Time (LT) entrega maquinaria

- Supervisar y gestionar la recepción y confirmación de pedidos de clientes (asegurar la configuración de equipo y fechas de entrega e instalación).

- Definir las condiciones de envíos (incoterms).

- Optimizar el servicio de transporte (comparativa, optimización de rutas, etc.)

¿Qué habilidades y conocimientos son necesarios para la posición?

- Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica o similar.

- Experiencia mínimo 5 años en entorno industrial con planta productiva de maquinaria y gestión de equipos.

- Valorables conocimientos en Lean Manufacturing.

- Nivel alto de inglés.

- Habilidades de liderazgo, gestión de equipos y negociación.
