Desde PIMEC estamos seleccionando para empresa fabricante de radiadores, un/a ADMINISTRATIVO/A COMERCIAL.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

Tu MISIÓN será garantizar una gestión ágil, precisa y eficiente de las actividades de preventa, tramitación de pedidos y posventa, proporcionando información y soporte a clientes, agencias comerciales y departamentos internos.

Te responsabilizarás de:

  • Atender las consultas de información técnica ofreciendo respuestas claras dentro de los plazos establecidos.
  • Recibir y atender a los clientes en el showroom, asesorándoles sobre la gama de productos y sus características técnicas.
  • Dar soporte comercial en la preparación de ofertas y presupuestos.
  • Recibir y gestionar los pedidos de los clientes, informando sobre los plazos de entrega estimados según la disponibilidad de producto y la planificación logística.
  • Introducir y registrar los pedidos en el sistema de gestión, verificando la exactitud de los datos y el cumplimiento de los procesos de autorización.
  • Analizar y gestionar las solicitudes e incidencias posventa, realizando el seguimiento necesario hasta su resolución.
  • Recibir, analizar y gestionar las reclamaciones de los clientes.

¿Qué habilidades y conocimientos son necesarios para la posición?

  • Formación: CFGM en Administración
  • Experiencia en la gestión de ofertas, conocimiento de herramientas de elaboración de presupuestos.
  • Usuario/a de Microsoft Office. Valorable conocimientos SAP
  • Idioma: Castellano y catalán bilingüe
  • Carné de conducir y vehículo propio

  • Horario de lunes a viernes de 8h a 17:30h (de abril a septiembre el viernes horario de 8h a 14h)
