Quines seran les teves principals responsabilitats?

Integrat/da en l'àrea administrativa es responsabilitzarà de l'atenció a clients i de la gestió de les tasques administratives del departament. Entre les seves principals funcions es troben la recepció i gestió de trucades, informar els clients sobre els serveis i productes de l'empresa, així com gestionar la documentació.

Mantindrà comunicació habitual, tant telefònica com per correu electrònic, en francès i castellà amb oficines d'altres països.

Quines habilitats i coneixements són necessaris per a la posició?

El perfil correspon a una persona amb experiència en tasques administratives i d'atenció a la clientela, essent imprescindible disposar d'un bon nivell de francès i castellà, tant oral com escrit.
