Descripción Empresa de servicios en el sector de productos de marketing y publicidad, ubicada en Argentona, busca reforzar el área de producción y aprovisionamiento con un perfil administrativo con inglés.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

  • Contactar con proveedores para pedir precios, plazos y realizar pedidos.
  • Coordinar producciones: desde la solicitud del diseño hasta la entrega final.
  • Control de stocks y de almacén. Validación de albaranes de entrada.
  • Dar soporte al equipo comercial en presupuestos especiales.
  • Mantener organizados los datos de producto y variantes.
  • Dar soporte a la creación y actualización de precios.
  • Registro y validación de facturas de proveedores.
  • Soporte al departamento de logística si es necesario

¿Qué habilidades y conocimientos son necesarios para la posición?

  • Nivel alto de Inglés (imprescindible -mínimo B2 escrito).
  • Valorable: francés u otros idiomas europeos.
  • Nivel alto de Excel.
  • Dominio de ofimática y ERP (ODOO), Outlook y Teams. Imprescindible nivel experto en ODOO, a ser posible en el módulo de compras y aprovisionamiento (conocimientos demostrables).
  • Persona organizada, meticulosa y con iniciativa.
  • Valorable en formación relacionada en producción y aprovisionamiento.
  • Residencia en el Maresme.
  • Orden, iniciativa, orientación al detalle y al cliente. Trabajo en equipo.
  • Incorporación inmediata.

¿Qué beneficios te aportaremos?

  • Contrato indefinido jornada completa.
  • Sueldo: 24.000,00€/brutos/anuales.
  • Puesto de trabajo presencial en el Maresme (Argentona)
  • Horario: De lunes a jueves de 8:00h a 17:00h y viernes de 8:00h-14:00h
  • Vacaciones: 23 días laborables, según convenio (Convenio de Oficinas y Despachos).
  • Horario intensivo verano: Agosto: 08:00h a 15:00h
