Empresa de distribució de maquinaria de control numèric, necessita incorporar un/a Administratiu de Servei Tècnic.

Seleccionem una persona organitzada, resolutiva i orientada al client per gestionar l’activitat administrativa del nostre servei tècnic. S’encarregarà de coordinar les intervencions, atendre les consultes dels clients i fer el seguiment de les incidències, en col·laboració amb l’equip tècnic.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

Atendre els clients per telèfon i correu electrònic, recollint consultes i incidències.

Registrar, actualitzar i fer el seguiment de les ordres de treball fins al seu tancament.

Preparar pressupostos de reparació i manteniment i fer el seguiment de la seva acceptació.

Informar els clients sobre l’estat de les intervencions i els terminis previstos.

Gestionar la documentació del servei: comunicats de treball, albarans, factures i garanties.

Tramitar comandes de recanvis i coordinar-ne la disponibilitat amb magatzem i proveïdors.

Donar suport en el seguiment dels contractes de manteniment i les revisions programades.

¿Qué habilidades y conocimientos son necesarios para la posición?

Formació professional en Gestió Administrativa, Administració i Finances o similar.

Experiència en tasques administratives i atenció al client, preferiblement en un servei tècnic.

Domini d’eines ofimàtiques, especialment Excel i correu electrònic. Valorable Salesforce y SAGE.

Bon nivell de català i castellà, oral i escrit. Desitjable bon nivell d'anglès.

Capacitat d’organització, atenció al detall i gestió de diverses tasques alhora.

Bones habilitats comunicatives i capacitat per treballar en equip.

Es valorarà

Experiència amb programes de gestió ERP o CRM.

Coneixements de gestió de garanties, recanvis i contractes de manteniment.

Familiaritat amb la terminologia tècnica del sector.

Coneixement de Plataformes de Coordinació d'Activitats Empresarials y de prevenció de riscos.

Salari de 24.000 – 26.000 euros/bruts anuals

Jornada laboral complerta de: 8:30 - 17:30 (1 hora per dinar)
