Empresa mayorista del sector ferretería y suministro industrial, ubicada en Granollers, precisa incorporar un/a Comercial interno para dar soporte directo al área comercial y a la dirección, actuando como nexo entre clientes, equipo de ventas y organización interna.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

- Gestión de agenda y organización de reuniones del área comercial.

- Atención y filtro de llamadas, correos electrónicos y consultas de clientes.

- Redacción de correspondencia comercial y soporte en la elaboración de informes.

- Apoyo en la preparación de presentaciones comerciales.

- Gestión y mantenimiento del CRM de clientes.

- Soporte a la red comercial y seguimiento de la actividad (cartera de pedidos, facturación, pedidos pendientes).

- Organización de viajes, reuniones, eventos comerciales.

- Mantenimiento y actualización de acuerdos con cooperativas y grupos de compra.

- Actualización de tarifas y gestión de plantillas de productos para campañas y folletos.

- Colaboración con marketing en la preparación de campañas comerciales y organización ferias.

- Prospección de clientes potenciales desde back office.

¿Qué habilidades y conocimientos son necesarios para la posición?

- Experiencia previa en posiciones de soporte comercial o soporte a dirección/comercial.

- Perfil organizado, proactivo y con capacidad de coordinación. Buenas habilidades de comunicación y alta orientación al cliente.

- Imprescindible buen dominio de herramientas ofimáticas, Ms. Office y gestión de datos.

- Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel, especialmente en el uso de fórmulas y funciones, tablas dinámicas, búsqueda y tratamiento de datos.

- Se valorará experiencia previa en empresas del sector de la ferretería, suministro industrial o distribución.

- Experiencia en el manejo de CRM, ERP’s, Navision, Power BI.

- Castellano y catalán nativos, se valorarán conocimiento de inglés.

¿Qué beneficios te aportaremos?

- Incorporación a empresa consolidada en su sector, posición estable con proyección dentro del área comercial.

- Jornada completa en horario: de 8:00 a 14:00 y de 15:00 a 17:30 de lunes a jueves / viernes de 8 a 14h.

- Contrato indefinido y salario de 28.000 € brutos anuales x 12 pagas+ Variable por objetivos.
