Pimec selecciona per a empresa dedicada a distribució d'equipaments i solucions tècniques de piscina (B2B), ubicada a Barcelona, un/a:

COMERCIAL INTERN/A – ATENCIÓ AL CLIENT B2B SECTOR PISCINA

Quines seran les teves principals responsabilitats?

  • Atenció i Assessorament B2B: Atenció telefònica, per correu electrònic i presencial (“in situ”) a clients professionals del sector de la piscina.
  • Elaboració i Seguiment de Pressupostos: Preparació, enviament i seguiment de consultes i propostes comercials adaptades a les necessitats de cada projecte.
  • Gestió de Comandes i Vendes: Processament de comandes, verificació de disponibilitat de stock en el nostre catàleg i suport en el procés de venda intern.
  • Suport Tècnic Comercial: Assessorament bàsic/intermedi sobre les diferents gammes de producte (filtració, bombes, tractament d'aigua, climatització, recanvis, etc.).
  • Fidelització de Clients: Manteniment de relacions fluides, professionals i resolutives amb la cartera de clients assignada. Seguiment d’ofertes i de la relació amb els clients.

Quines habilitats i coneixements són necessaris per a la posició?

  • Experiència demostrable en el sector de la piscina o sectors afins (material d'aigua, fontaneria, instal·lacions, BTP o subministraments industrials).
  • Persona altament organitzada, estructurada i metòdica en la gestió diària de tasques i seguiment de pressupostos.
  • Altes capacitats de precisió en el càlcul, composició de codis/recanvis i revisió de condicions comercials.
  • Excel·lent capacitat d'atenció al client, empatia, orientació comercial i facilitat de tracte tant per telèfon com presencialment.
  • Domini d'eines ofimàtiques i agilitat en l'ús de sistemes de gestió (ERP / CRM).
  • Domini del castellà i català (es valorarà positivament el coneixement d'altres idiomes com l'anglès o el francès).
