Pimec precisa incorporar a un/a Consultor/a pel departament de consultoria estratègica i finançament per participar en projectes de finançament, traspàs de petits negocis i relleu generacional.

El traspàs de negocis i el relleu generacional son àrees de la consultoria amb gran potencial. Els processos de gestió i suport a la continuïtat empresarial especialment en el moment de relleu generacional tant en la seva vessant de relleu intern com en la vessant de la transmissió / venda del negoci son un repte creixent en l’entorn empresarial.

Pimec desenvolupa la seva activitat tant en projectes propis com en projectes amb suport públic.

Tasques

· En dependència del Responsable de l’àrea s’ocuparà de:

  • Assessorar a les pimes en les seves necessitats de finançament.
  • Participar en els projectes de compra venda i traspàs de negocis.

· Tasques principals:

  • Preparació dades per a les memòries de finançament.
  • Cerca i gestió de bases de dades de potencials compradors de petits negocis.
  • Primers contactes per valorar els projectes de traspàs de negocis
  • Seguiment dels participants en el projecte de compra venda i traspàs empresarials.

Requisits

  • Persona amb formació universitària en els àmbits de gestió empresarial i / o dret.
  • Busquem un perfil amb competències en organització, comunicació, versatilitat, coordinació i treball en equip.
  • Amb experiència en àmbits de finançament, banca, gestoria organitzacions empresarials, organismes públics de promoció econòmica.
