DIRECTOR/A

És una associació de dimensió petita, amb una estructura de treball àgil i un equip reduït, que combina la gestió dels serveis als associats amb la representació i interlocució institucional del sector. Per aquest motiu, busquem una persona amb capacitat per assumir una visió global de l’entitat, combinar la planificació amb la gestió del dia a dia i treballar de manera molt coordinada amb la Junta Directiva i l’equip.

Quines seran les teves principals responsabilitats?

  • Direcció i gestió de l’associació: dirigir i coordinar el funcionament ordinari de l’associació, executar les línies acordades per la Junta Directiva i prendre les decisions operatives necessàries amb autonomia i criteri propi.
  • Relació amb la Junta i representació institucional: preparar i fer seguiment de les reunions i acords de Junta, facilitar la informació necessària per a la presa de decisions i exercir la representació i interlocució de l’associació davant les administracions, institucions i altres agents.
  • Defensa i seguiment del sector: fer seguiment de les qüestions normatives i sectorials que afecten les cases de colònies i els albergs, defensar els interessos de l’associació i dels seus membres i identificar necessitats i oportunitats per al desenvolupament del sector.
  • Associats i serveis: vetllar per la relació amb els associats, detectar-ne les necessitats i coordinar els serveis, projectes i respostes de l’entitat.
  • Equip i organització interna: coordinar l’equip, distribuir responsabilitats i vetllar pel bon funcionament de l’organització, amb autonomia en la gestió del dia a dia.
  • Gestió econòmica, administrativa i laboral: fer el seguiment del pressupost, la tresoreria i la situació econòmica de l’associació, i supervisar la gestió administrativa, laboral i contractual, incloent-hi la prevenció de riscos laborals, la protecció de dades, les assegurances, els proveïdors i altres obligacions de l’entitat.
  • Projectes i comunicació: coordinar els projectes i subvencions de l’associació, així com la comunicació institucional i la relació amb els mitjans, quan correspongui.

Quines habilitats i coneixements són necessaris per a la posició?

  • Experiència en direcció o gestió d’associacions, entitats sectorials, fundacions, organitzacions similars o empreses en les que s’hagin desenvolupat aquestes funcions.
  • Capacitat per assumir una gestió global de l’entitat i coordinar diferents àmbits de treball.
  • Experiència en gestió d’equips i organització interna.
  • Experiència en interlocució amb administracions públiques i altres agents.
  • Capacitat de negociació, representació i defensa dels interessos de l’organització.
  • Autonomia, iniciativa i capacitat per organitzar i gestionar el dia a dia.
  • Coneixements de gestió econòmica i administrativa.
  • Bon domini de les eines digitals i capacitat per treballar de manera eficient en entorns digitals.
  • Capacitat d’anàlisi, planificació, priorització i presa de decisions.
  • Bona capacitat de comunicació oral i escrita.
  • Domini del català i del castellà.
  • Es valorarà especialment el coneixement del sector del lleure, l’associacionisme o altres àmbits vinculats a l’activitat de l’associació.
  • Es valorarà formació universitària en ADE, Economia, Dret, Ciències Polítiques, Gestió Pública o àmbits relacionats.
