Pimec precisa incorporar un/a IT Project Manager per liderar i coordinar projectes tecnològics de principi a fi, actuant com a punt de connexió entre les diferents àrees de negoci, els equips tècnics interns i els proveïdors tecnològics.

La persona seleccionada participarà en projectes relacionats amb aplicacions corporatives, integracions, automatització, plataformes digitals, Business Intelligence i dades, contribuint a l'evolució i transformació tecnològica de l'organització.

Responsabilitats

  • Participar en l'anàlisi de les necessitats de les diferents àrees i contribuir a estructurar-les com a projectes.
  • Coordinar la definició de l'abast, requeriments, lliurables i criteris d'èxit de cada projecte.
  • Elaborar i fer seguiment de la planificació dels projectes: fites, dependències, riscos i plans d'acció.
  • Coordinar les diferents àrees implicades, així com els equips tècnics interns i proveïdors externs.
  • Gestionar i fer seguiment dels proveïdors responsables de l'execució dels projectes.
  • Fer seguiment de l'abast, terminis, qualitat i costos, identificant i anticipant riscos, bloquejos o desviacions.
  • Analitzar estimacions, canvis d'abast i possibles desviacions de costos, aportant criteri funcional i tecnològic.
  • Coordinar les fases de proves, validació, implantació i posada en producció.
  • Mantenir informades les persones i àrees implicades sobre l'evolució dels projectes i gestionar les expectatives davant possibles desviacions.
  • Garantir una visió global, estructurada i actualitzada de l'estat dels projectes sota la seva responsabilitat.
  • Col·laborar en la definició i implantació de metodologies i estàndards comuns per a la gestió de projectes tecnològics.
  • Participar en la millora contínua dels processos i eines de gestió de projectes.

Requisits

  • Formació universitària en Informàtica, Enginyeria, Telecomunicacions, Administració i Direcció d'Empreses o similar.
  • Experiència d'entre 3 i 5 anys en la participació o gestió de projectes tecnològics, digitals o d'implantació de solucions.
  • Coneixement del cicle de vida d'un projecte tecnològic: anàlisi de requeriments, definició de solucions, desenvolupament o configuració, integracions, proves, desplegament i operació.
  • Experiència en la coordinació i gestió de proveïdors tecnològics.
  • Capacitat d'anàlisi, organització i seguiment de projectes, amb orientació a objectius i resultats.
  • Bona capacitat d'interlocució amb diferents àrees i perfils, tant de negoci com tècnics.
  • Capacitat per identificar riscos, anticipar problemes i proposar solucions.
  • Experiència en metodologies Agile i/o tradicionals de gestió de projectes.
  • Coneixement d'eines de gestió i seguiment de projectes.
  • Català i castellà, amb nivell professional.

  • Horari: jornada completa amb horari flexible d'entrada i sortida. De dilluns a dijous, de 8:00 a 9:30 h i de 17:00 a 18:30 h. Divendres, finalització de la jornada a les 14:00 h o 15:30 h, segons l'horari establert. Ubicació : Barcelona
