Pimec selecciona un TÉCNICO/A DE COMPRAS Y APROVISIONAMIENTO para empresa dedicada a la distribución de material eléctrico, ubicada en Mollet del Vallès.

Tu misión:

Garantizar la disponibilidad continua del stock de material eléctrico mediante una gestión eficiente del aprovisionamiento, mantenimiento actualizado del sistema de gestión y el seguimiento riguroso de pedidos a proveedores, contribuyendo a la operatividad del almacén y a la satisfacción de las necesidades internas de la organización.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

  • Gestión de la reposición de stocks.
  • Atención a las necesidades diarias.
  • Mantenimiento de la base de datos del ERP.
  • Seguimiento de pedidos y entregas.
  • Relación y negociación con proveedores.
  • Tareas propias del departamento de compras: tramitación de pedidos; gestión albaranes y facturas de compras; coordinación con el departamento de almacén y logística y apoyo en la mejora de procesos internos del área.

¿Qué habilidades y conocimientos son necesarios para la posición?

  • Experiencia mínima de 5-10 años en departamentos de compras o aprovisionamiento, en entorno industrial o distribución.
  • CFGS en Administración y Finanzas, comercio o similar. Se considera la experiencia consolidada en sustitución de titulación específica.
  • Valorable formación complementaria en logística, compras o aprovisionamiento.
  • Dominio del catalán y castellano. Valorable conocimientos de inglés o francés a nivel funcional para la gestión de proveedores internacionales.
  • Dominio de sistemas ERP de gestión de stocks. Experiencia demostrable con ERP (SAP, SAGE, Navision, Microsoft Dynamics u otros similares).
  • Excel a nivel avanzado para análisis y control de pedidos y stocks.
  • Se valorará experiencia previa en almacén o distribución de material eléctrico.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y negociación; organización y autonomía.

  • Horario de 8 a 14 y de 15 a 18h de lunes a jueves, viernes de 8 a 15h.
  • 28.000€ - 30.000€ brutos anuales, en función de la experiencia profesional.
