Descripció

Pimec busca incorporar un/a Tècnic/a especialista en constitució d’empreses per donar suport i assessorament a persones emprenedores i empreses en la realització dels tràmits necessaris per a la seva constitució i posada en marxa.

La persona seleccionada s’encarregarà principalment de gestionar tràmits administratius de constitució d’empreses mitjançant el Document Únic Electrònic (DUE), a través de la plataforma CIRCE, així com d’atendre i resoldre les consultes relacionades amb aquests processos.

Responsabilitats

  • Atenció i resolució de consultes: informar, orientar i donar resposta a les consultes de persones emprenedores i empreses en matèria de constitució i posada en marxa d’empreses.
  • Assessorament i suport en els processos de constitució d’empreses.
  • Gestió de tràmits administratius telemàtics a través de la plataforma CIRCE, entre d’altres: Constitució de societats limitades (SL). Constitució de societats civils privades (SCP) i altres formes societàries. Cessament d’activitat de societats. Alta i baixa de persones treballadores autònomes (empresaris/es individuals).
  • Seguiment dels tràmits i coordinació amb els diferents organismes i agents implicats en el procés.

Requisits

  • Titulació de Màster o Postgrau universitari relacionat amb l’objecte del contracte.
  • Experiència professional mínima de 3 anys en atenció i assessorament a persones emprenedores i/o empreses en l’àmbit de la constitució d’empreses o en funcions relacionades amb l’objecte del contracte.
  • Experiència acreditada en la realització de 100 o més tramitacions telemàtiques mitjançant la plataforma CIRCE.
  • Nivell d’anglès B2 o superior, acreditat mitjançant una titulació oficial o equivalent, d’acord amb el Marc Comú Europeu de Referència per a les Llengües (MCER), que permeti garantir un nivell adequat d’interlocució en l’àmbit empresarial.
