我們正在找尋對電商與物流營運有興趣的人才加入我們，你的工作表現將以 Logistics & Operations 的團隊目標：設計館營運和倉儲管理效率為主要績效指標。

你需要負責的工作內容

  • 負責 Pinkoi 營運設計館的客戶服務，包含：
  • 回覆客人關於商品、訂單的問題與訂單進度追蹤。
  • 負責 Pinkoi 營運設計館的優化，提升訂單數量，包含：
  • 商品上架素材編輯
  • 設計館 SEO 優化
  • 更新商品資訊
  • 負責 Pinkoi 營運設計館進銷存，包括：
  • 監看安全庫存水位並根據預估銷售量調撥庫存
  • 設計師關係維護，規劃行銷活動與品牌共同提升銷售業績
  • 進退倉管理，開立進倉單/退倉單，並追蹤進退倉進度
  • 其它文書作業與主管交辦事項

應徵條件

  • 對網路購物不陌生。
  • 學習能力佳，具有電商平台營運 or 物流管理工作經驗。
  • 活潑大方，喜愛交涉，能有條有理地與人溝通，非常具有說服力。
  • 文筆流暢、細心，能獨立回覆客人的問題，維繫品牌形象。
  • 熟用 Google sheet、Excel 數據處理軟件。
  • 每週排班至少三天，包含週一與週四。

加分條件

  • 擁有電子商務領域相關工作經驗。
  • 英文程度佳，可以直接回覆海外客人的問題。
