The posting

Responsable de gestionar, supervisar y optimizar un portafolio de proyectos, productos, clientes o inversiones, asegurando que las iniciativas estén alineadas con los objetivos estratégicos de la organización. Coordina recursos, evalúa riesgos, monitorea resultados y facilita la toma de decisiones para maximizar el valor y el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para la gestión y optimización del portafolio, alineadas con los objetivos del negocio.
  • Supervisar el desempeño de los proyectos, iniciativas o productos bajo su responsabilidad, asegurando el cumplimiento de tiempos, presupuestos y metas.
  • Analizar indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs), identificar oportunidades de mejora y elaborar reportes ejecutivos para la dirección.
  • Evaluar riesgos, dependencias, prioridades y oportunidades relacionadas con el portafolio.
  • Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios y colaborar con las diferentes áreas para garantizar la ejecución efectiva de las iniciativas.
  • Administrar presupuestos y recursos, buscando maximizar la rentabilidad, eficiencia y generación de valor.
  • Presentar recomendaciones estratégicas a la gerencia y a los principales interesados para facilitar la toma de decisiones.
  • Dar seguimiento a los planes de acción y asegurar la implementación de iniciativas de mejora continua.
  • Mantener una comunicación efectiva con las partes interesadas, informando sobre avances, resultados, riesgos y desviaciones.

Requisitos y experiencia

  • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Ingeniería Industrial, Gestión de Proyectos o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia previa en gestión de portafolios, administración de proyectos, planeación estratégica o gestión de negocios.
  • Conocimiento en análisis financiero, presupuestos, gestión de riesgos e indicadores de desempeño.
  • Manejo de herramientas de análisis y reportes, como Excel y Power BI; deseable experiencia con herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo, negociación, análisis, organización y toma de decisiones.
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado o avanzado, según las necesidades de la posición.
