Als Pixum Customer Service verbinden wir Geschwindigkeit, Empathie und Kreativität. Dabei setzen wir KI gezielt und smart ein, ohne dabei unsere Menschlichkeit aus den Augen zu verlieren. Für unser Weihnachtsgeschäft suchen wir neue Teammitglieder in Teil- und Vollzeit (20–40 Stunden), die unser erfahrenes Service-Team für ca. 3 Monate unterstützen. In einer 3- bis 5-tägigen Schulung bringen wir dir alles bei, was du für deine Zeit bei uns brauchst - inklusive der Arbeit mit unseren KI-Tools. Werde ab dem 26.Oktober ein Teil unserer Pixum Elfen-Crew und mache Weihnachten für tausende Kund:innen unvergesslich!

Deine Aufgaben

  • SERVICE EXCELLENCE: Du bist die empathische Stimme von Pixum, betreust unsere Kund:innen telefonisch sowie per E-Mail und WhatsApp und sorgst mit klaren, freundlichen Lösungen für ein positives Serviceerlebnis.
  • KI TASK HANDLING: Du arbeitest mit unserer KI „IRIS“, die Anfragen vorsortiert und Antwortvorschläge erstellt, und gibst diesen mit deinem Know-how und Feingefühl den nötigen menschlichen Feinschliff.
  • CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT: Du erkennst die Bedürfnisse unserer Kund:innen, recherchierst ihre Aufträge bei Bedarf nach und stellst sicher, dass auch in der Peak-Zeit alles rund und wertschätzend abläuft.

Dein Profil

  • Deine Superkraft ist deine Serviceorientierung - du handelst stets im Sinne der Zufriedenheit unserer Kund:innen.
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Kundenservice oder in anderen serviceorientierten Bereichen (z. B. Gastronomie, Einzelhandel, Call Center, Hotellerie).
  • Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent: Deutsch beherrschst du auf sehr gutem Niveau in Wort und Schrift. Jede weitere Fremdsprache ist ein willkommenes Plus, aber kein Muss.
  • Du hast sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse und eine hohe Affinität zu Internet, Smartphone-Apps und idealerweise auch zur Fotografie.
  • Du bist technikaffin und hast Lust, mit KI-Tools zu arbeiten: Idealerweise nutzt du KI bereits privat.
  • Du bist zuverlässig, pünktlich und bleibst auch in stressigen Zeiten, wie im Weihnachtsgeschäft, ruhig und strukturiert.
