Willkommen in der Pixum Weihnachtswerkstatt! Als Pixum Customer Service verbinden wir Geschwindigkeit, Empathie und Kreativität - genau wie eine gut eingespielte Weihnachtswerkstatt. Dabei setzen wir KI gezielt und smart ein, ohne dabei unsere Menschlichkeit aus den Augen zu verlieren.

Für unser Weihnachtsgeschäft suchen wir neue Elfen in Teil- und Vollzeit (20–40 Stunden), die unsere erfahrene Service-Crew für ca. 3 Monate unterstützen und dafür sorgen, dass tausende Fotogeschenke rechtzeitig unterm Baum landen. In einer 3- bis 5-tägigen Schulung machen wir dich fit für deine Zeit in der Pixum Weihnachtswerkstatt - inklusive der Arbeit mit unseren KI-Tools. Werde ab dem 26. Oktober ein Teil unserer Pixum Elfen-Crew und mache Weihnachten für tausende Kund:innen unvergesslich!

Deine Aufgaben

  • SERVICE EXCELLENCE: Du bist die warme Stimme aus der Pixum Weihnachtswerkstatt, betreust unsere Kund:innen telefonisch sowie per E-Mail und WhatsApp und sorgst mit klaren, freundlichen Lösungen dafür, dass aus jedem Anliegen ein kleines Weihnachtswunder wird.
  • AI TASK HANDLING: An deiner Seite arbeitet unsere Zauber-KI "IRIS": Sie sortiert Anfragen vor und schlägt Antworten vor - du prüfst diese Vorschläge, veredelst sie mit deinem Feingefühl und machst aus automatisierten Antworten echte, menschliche Weihnachtsbotschaften.
  • CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT: Du spürst kleine und große Weihnachtswünsche auf, recherchierst Aufträge bei Bedarf nach und sorgst im Hintergrund dafür, dass jede Überraschung rechtzeitig und wertschätzend ihren Weg findet - selbst in der hektischen Peak-Zeit.

Dein Profil

  • Deine Superkraft ist Serviceorientierung - du setzt alle Hebel in Bewegung, damit unsere Kund:innen ein wundervolles Weihnachtsfest erleben.
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Kundenservice oder in anderen serviceorientierten Bereichen (z. B. Gastronomie, Einzelhandel, Call Center, Hotellerie) gesammelt - ein bisschen Elfen-Erfahrung bringst du also schon mit.
  • Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent: Deutsch beherrschst du auf sehr gutem Niveau in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Fremdsprache ist ein schönes Extra, aber kein Muss.
  • Computer und digitale Tools sind für dich so leicht zu bedienen wie ein magischer Zauberstab
  • Du bist technikaffin und hast Lust, mit KI-Tools zu arbeiten,Im besten Fall nutzt du KI sogar schon privat und freust dich darauf, sie in der Pixum Weihnachtswerkstatt einzusetzen.
  • Du bist zuverlässig, immer pünktlich in der Werkstatt und lässt dich selbst im Weihnachtstrubel nicht aus der Ruhe bringen - Schneesturm im Postzentrum inklusive.
