The posting

Rattaché(e) au Chef d’équipe Maintenance du secteur concerné, vous assurez la maintenance préventive, curative et améliorative des équipements de production.

Afin de maintenir une productivité optimale et la bonne marche des lignes, vos missions s'articulent autour de :

  • L’entretien et le maintien des équipements
  • Le diagnostic des pannes, la réparation et/ou les réglages
  • En fin d’intervention de maintenance, informer l’encadrement de production et accompagner le redémarrage de la ligne (suivi)
  • L’amélioration et la transformation pour sécuriser, optimiser les process et l’efficience des équipements, ainsi que la sécurité des personnes
  • L’accompagnement et la participation à la mise en service des nouvelles installations

Côté technique, vous serez amené(e) à intervenir sur différentes installations industrielles qui vous permettront d’exprimer vos compétences et d'acquérir de nouvelles connaissances dans des domaines variés comme l’électrotechnique, la mécanique et le pneumatique.

🌟 Votre profil

Issu(e) d’une formation BTS maintenance (MSMA, MAI). Vous justifiez d’une première expérience de 5 ans minimum en environnement industriel (idéalement agroalimentaire).

Vous avez une bonne connaissance en mécanique, en électrique, ainsi que des notions en automatisme. Vous connaissez les contraintes liées aux exigences de sécurité, de qualité et d’environnement.

Vous possédez un bon esprit d’équipe mais, vous savez également travailler de façon autonome et avec rigueur

📋 Conditions du poste

  • Poste à pourvoir en CDI à temps plein
  • Rémunération brute annuelle sur une fourchette de 33k€ à 37k€
  • Statut Agent de Maîtrise
  • Temps de travail 38h45 par semaine
  • Rythme de travail : 3*8 avec une organisation sur 4 semaines : matin/nuit/après-midi et 1 semaine en régulière
  • Majoration nuit à 30.57%, prime de travail alterné, prime panier, RTT, 2 ponts par an, avantages CSE, CET, mutuelle prise en charge pour le salarié (premier niveau), indemnité de transport et restaurant d'entreprise à prix avantageux
