Job Summary The primary purpose of the Construction – Intern is to assist the team with general administrative support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
Data entry, filing, and scheduling follow up calls Support the team in organizing files ahead of the construction-to-permanent modification conversion process. Track down missing documentation (lien waivers, permits, Notice of Commencements, Builder Renewal documentation) by following up with borrowers, Builders, title companies, and Insurance Agents. Performs other duties as assigned

High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability Ability to work as a self-starter Detail oriented; ability to execute accurately Strong communication skills Desire to learn and grow professionally General computer skills including Microsoft office
