¿Qué harás como agente de ventas?

Prospectar activamente en campo (puerta a puerta) y vía telefónica para la adquisición de nuevos clientes. Identificar negocios locales y presentar la propuesta de valor de nuestros productos. Construir y gestionar tu propio pipeline comercial. Acompañar al cliente durante todo el proceso de originación, desde el primer contacto hasta su activación. Ejecutar ventas aplicando técnicas de negociación y cierre para cumplir objetivos comerciales.

Responsabilidades

  • Ejecutar ventas en campo con enfoque en resultados y cierre efectivo
  • Gestionar una zona geográfica asignada, identificando clientes potenciales
  • Prospectar y calificar oportunidades vía telefónica para alimentar el pipeline
  • Registrar actividad comercial (visitas, llamadas, resultados) en CRM
  • Asesorar a clientes, resolver dudas y comunicar beneficios del producto
  • Dar seguimiento al proceso comercial end to end para asegurar conversión
  • Cumplir objetivos de venta mediante gestión efectiva de oportunidades

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Experiencia en ventas directas en campo (puerta a puerta)
  • Experiencia con clientes o productos.
  • Experiencia en roles tipo hunter (fintech, telco, delivery, etc.)
  • Manejo de CRM y herramientas comerciales
  • Habilidad de negociación, cierre y manejo de objeciones
  • Alta tolerancia al rechazo y enfoque en resultados
  • Autonomía, proactividad y disciplina comercial

  • Sueldo base mensual de $15,000 brutos
  • Comisiones hasta $7,000 mensuales adicionales a tu sueldo base, con pago quincenal.
  • Prestaciones de ley desde el primer día, cotizando al 100%

  • Apoyo de transporte $600 a 700 quincenales
