The posting

We’re looking for Junior+ Software Engineers - Web to join our several teams.

Challenges that await you:

  • Development of web applications, product features, and internal tools with support from Senior engineers
  • Building user interfaces, forms, and interactions with a focus on usability and accessibility
  • Integration with backend APIs, including handling loading states, data validation, and errors
  • Coding, review, and participation in discussions of how to improve the project
  • Investigating bugs with browser developer tools and verifying fixes
  • Interaction with designers, product managers, analysts, QA, and backend engineers
  • Improving product quality and learning to write automated tests
  • Getting familiar with new front-end tools and gradually taking ownership of more complex tasks

What makes you a great fit:

  • Knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals, including functions, arrays, objects, modules, and asynchronous operations with promises and async/await
  • Familiarity with TypeScript and its use in application development
  • Ability to implement typical features within an existing application, define component boundaries, and manage state
  • Practical experience building applications with Angular v19 or above — experience with the framework is sufficient
  • For Angular: familiarity with components, services, dependency injection, routing, and forms; understanding of Signals, computed values, and when to use RxJS
  • Understanding of HTTP requests and responses, error handling, CORS, and browser caching
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS, semantic markup, and accessibility basics, including keyboard navigation, focus, and form labels
  • Ability to reproduce bugs, use browser developer tools, and check that changes resolve the original problem
  • Willingness to learn, discuss solutions, act on feedback, and ask for help when needed
  • A responsible approach to code quality: you check your work and understand the code you deliver, including when using AI tools
  • B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team

Your bonus skills:

  • Experience contributing to a real product as part of a software development team
  • Experience writing unit, integration, or end-to-end tests
  • Familiarity with shared UI components and design systems
  • Experience using AI tools in development and validating their output

Our ways of working:

  • Innovative Spirit: a commitment to creativity and groundbreaking solutions
  • Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication
  • Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community
  • Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together
  • High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who date to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances

Our benefits:

  • Relocation support to one of our hubs — Georgia, Serbia, or Kazakhstan — with assistance for the employee and their family
  • Flexible work from one of our offices or remote within time zones from GMT-1 to GMT+5
  • Healthcare Coverage
  • Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications
  • Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements
  • Vacation policy: Annual leave and paid sick leave as per applicable policies

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

More applications. More interviews.

Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting and paid once. Send enough of them and the law of large numbers finds you the job.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
