¿Qué harás como agente de ventas?

  • Contactarás clientes potenciales por teléfono (con sistema de llamadas automáticas).
  • Explicarás los beneficios de nuestra Tarjeta de Crédito Plata y otros productos financieros.
  • Cerrarás ventas y acompañarás a los clientes durante el proceso de activación y postventa.
  • Registrarás tu actividad y colaborarás activamente con el equipo vía herramientas digitales.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Bachillerato concluido (deseable)
  • Habilidad para comunicarte con claridad y empatía.
  • Conocimiento básico de herramientas digitales.
  • Habilidad para negociar y manejar objeciones.
  • Disponibilidad de tiempo completo (sábados ocasionales).

  • Sueldo base mensual de $10,000 brutos
  • Atractivo esquema de comisiones – ingresos mensuales de hasta $20,000 o más
  • Pago quincenal y prestaciones de ley desde el primer día.
