¿Qué harás?

  • Liderar, acompañar y desarrollar a un equipo de Brand Ambassadors en campo.
  • Dar seguimiento diario y semanal a los indicadores de desempeño del equipo, como CR, BAF, iBAF, seguros, QA, Plata+ y venta cruzada.
  • Detectar desviaciones, tendencias, malas prácticas y oportunidades de mejora; implementar acciones correctivas de forma oportuna.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de políticas, procesos y estándares de operación.
  • Capacitar, dar mentoría y retroalimentación continua al equipo para fortalecer sus habilidades y resultados.
  • Planificar actividades, asignar prioridades y asegurar el cumplimiento de plazos y metas.
  • Reportar incidencias operativas y de personal de manera oportuna, manteniendo comunicación con las áreas involucradas.
  • Llevar el control y trazabilidad de tarjetas, teléfonos y demás herramientas asignadas al equipo, previniendo faltantes y asegurando su recuperación ante movimientos o bajas.
  • Mantener visibilidad de la operación, cobertura, inventario, riesgos y desempeño de las zonas asignadas.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Bachillerato concluido.
  • Al menos 1 a 2 años de experiencia liderando equipos operativos, comerciales o de ventas, preferentemente en campo.
  • Experiencia en ventas cara a cara, colocación de productos o servicios y atención al cliente.
  • Experiencia dando seguimiento a KPIs y tomando acciones para mejorar resultados.
  • Manejo de Excel: bases de datos, cruces de información y tablas dinámicas.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de seguimiento de desempeño y métricas.
  • Inglés básico.
  • Medio de transporte propio (auto o motocicleta) y disponibilidad para trasladarte en la ciudad.
  • Deseable experiencia en banca, fintech o instituciones financieras.
