¿Qué harás como Supervisor?

Buscamos un Supervisor de Cobranza responsable de dirigir y optimizar el desempeño de un equipo de cobranza, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de recuperación mediante la gestión estratégica de la productividad, calidad y operación diaria. Esta posición será clave para impulsar resultados, desarrollar talento y garantizar el apego a los estándares y normativas de la organización.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de cobranza

Supervisar y acompañar a un equipo de agentes de cobranza, brindando dirección, coaching y retroalimentación continua para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de recuperación y desempeño.

  • Gestionar la productividad de la operación

Monitorear la productividad del equipo mediante el seguimiento de tareas, cargas de trabajo y resultados operativos, asegurando una asignación eficiente de recursos y el cumplimiento de metas.

  • Administrar horarios e incidencias

Gestionar horarios, asistencia, cambios de turno e incidencias del equipo para garantizar una cobertura operativa adecuada y la continuidad del servicio.

  • Monitorear y mejorar el desempeño

Dar seguimiento a indicadores clave de cobranza como recuperación, productividad, calidad y promesas de pago, identificando desviaciones e implementando acciones correctivas oportunamente.

  • Garantizar la calidad de la gestión

Evaluar las interacciones con clientes mediante monitoreos y revisiones periódicas para asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, normativas internas y mejores prácticas de cobranza.

  • Brindar retroalimentación y coaching

Realizar sesiones de seguimiento y retroalimentación estructurada para fortalecer las habilidades del equipo, impulsar su desarrollo y mejorar los resultados individuales y colectivos.

  • Coordinar la operación diaria

Asegurar la correcta ejecución de la operación mediante la atención de incidencias, resolución de problemas y apoyo al equipo en momentos de alta demanda.

  • Analizar resultados y generar reportes

Analizar información operativa, tendencias y métricas de desempeño para identificar oportunidades de mejora y contribuir a la toma de decisiones basada en datos.

  • Comunicar objetivos y estrategias

Alinear al equipo con los objetivos, resultados y prioridades de la operación, manteniendo una comunicación constante que promueva el enfoque en el cumplimiento de metas.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en cobranza mediante gestión telefónica y/o canales digitales.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año liderando equipos operativos como Supervisor, Team Leader o Coordinador.
  • Experiencia gestionando equipos de al menos 15 personas.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de cobranza y gestión de cartera.
  • Experiencia en seguimiento y cumplimiento de KPIs de recuperación, productividad, calidad y promesas de pago.
  • Experiencia en gestión del desempeño, coaching y desarrollo de equipos operativos.
  • Capacidad para analizar información operativa y generar reportes de desempeño.
  • Manejo de herramientas de Office o Google Workspace para análisis y seguimiento de indicadores.
  • Habilidades sólidas de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
  • Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Capacidad de organización, priorización y toma de decisiones.
  • Enfoque en resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión en entornos dinámicos.
  • Inglés intermedio.
  • Licenciatura concluida o trunca.
