Minimum Requirements / المتطلبات الأساسية  حاصلاً على شهادة جامعية/معهد في إدارة الأعمال، المحاسبة، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة  خبرة سابقة في مجال المساعدة الإدارية أو إدخال البيانات

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى متقدم والتحدث بها بطلاقة، شرط أساسي

مهارة عالية في استخدام الحاسوب والقدرة على التعامل مع أنظمة العمل والبرنامج المعتمدة

الدقة والانتباه إلى التفاصيل، خاصة في إدخال الفواتير ومراجعة البيانات

مهارات تنظيمية وإدارية ممتازة، مع القدرة على ترتيب الأولويات وإدارة المهام بكفاءة

القدرة على التنسيق والتواصل الفعال مع مختلف الأقسام داخل الشركة

مهارات متابعة قوية لضمان سير العمليات وإنجاز المهام ضمن الوقت المحدد

الالتزام العالي بالدوام والتعليمات والإجراءات المعتمدة في الشركة

الأمانة والمسؤولية في التعامل مع الفواتير والبيانات والمعلومات الإدارية

القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق، والتعامل مع ضغط العمل بمرونة واحترافية 

Main Duties and Responsibilities / المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

إدخال الفواتير والبيانات المتعلقة بها وفق النظام المعتمد في الشركة

مراجعة الفواتير والتأكد من صحة البيانات المدخلة ودقتها واكتمالها

متابعة الفواتير والإجراءات المرتبطة بها، والتأكد من سير العملية بالشكل الصحيح

التنسيق والتواصل المستمر مع الأقسام الأخرى لضمان انسيابية العمل وتبادل المعلومات المطلوبة

متابعة سير العمليات الإدارية والتأكد من إنجاز المهام ضمن المواعيد المحددة

تدقيق البيانات والمستندات الإدارية، ومعالجة الأخطاء أو رفعها للجهة المعنية عند الحاجة

تنظيم وحفظ الفواتير والوثائق والسجلات بطريقة تسهّل الرجوع إليها عند الحاجة

متابعة الطلبات والمعاملات الإدارية ذات الصلة، والتأكد من إتمامها وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة

الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها، والمحافظة على سرية المعلومات والبيانات
