معرفة جيدة بأساسيات الكهرباء الصناعية وتشغيل ومتابعة الآلات

مهارات قيادية وقدرة على إدارة العمال وتوزيع المهام ومتابعة تنفيذها

القدرة على متابعة المواد المساعدة والتأكد من استخدامها وفق المتطلبات

القدرة على إعداد التقارير الدورية ورفعها إلى الإدارة المباشرة

دقة عالية في المتابعة، والقدرة على منع الخلط بين المنتجات أو المخرجات المختلفة

القدرة على التعامل مع المشكلات التشغيلية واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة

خبرة في صيانة وتشغيل الآلات الخاصة بإنتاج خيوط البوليستر تعتبر ميزة مهمة   Main Duties & Responsibilities | المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

الإشراف المباشر على عمال صالة الآلات والتأكد من تنفيذ المهام وفق التعليمات والمعايير المطلوبة

توزيع المهام على العمال ومتابعة أدائهم والتزامهم بالعمل والتعليمات

متابعة تشغيل الآلات والتأكد من سير العملية الإنتاجية بالشكل المطلوب

الإشراف على المواد المساعدة والتأكد من استخدامها بالشكل الصحيح وفق المتطلبات

متابعة أي مشكلات أو ملاحظات تشغيلية والعمل على معالجتها أو رفعها للجهة المختصة

التنسيق مع فنيي الصيانة ومتابعة الأعطال التي قد تؤثر على سير الإنتاج

إعداد وإرسال التقارير الدورية المتعلقة بالإنتاج، أداء العمال، حالة الآلات وأي ملاحظات تشغيلية

متابعة شؤون العمال داخل الصالة وضمان الالتزام بالنظام والتعليمات

التأكد من تطبيق إجراءات السلامة المهنية داخل صالة الآلات

تنفيذ توجيهات المشرف المباشر ومتابعة تطبيقها ضمن فريق العمل

رفع الملاحظات والتحديات المتعلقة بالإنتاج أو العمال أو الآلات إلى الإدارة المباشرة

المساهمة في تحسين سير العمل وتقليل الأخطاء والهدر والتوقفات بما يدعم كفاءة الإنتاج
