Minimum Requirements

خبرة عملية سابقة في مجال إدارة المبيعات، ويفضل أن تكون في منصب مدير مبيعات أو منصب إشرافي مماثل

خبرة في القطاع العقاري شرط أساسي مع وجود خبرة سابقة في السوق العقاري في أحد الشركات المعروفة في قطاع العقارات في دولة الإمارات

شهادة جامعية في التجارة، الاقتصاد، إدارة الأعمال، التسويق أو أي تخصص ذي صلة

يفضل الحصول على درجة ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة بمستوى جيد جدًا إلى ممتاز

إجادة استخدام أدوات الذكاء الصنعي وبرامج إدارة المبيعات المعتمدة

امتلاك مهارات قوية في إعداد وتحليل تقارير المبيعات والبيانات

يفضل الحصول على دورات أو شهادات في القيادة، إدارة فرق المبيعات

معرفة جيدة بمبادئ واستراتيجيات البيع والتفاوض وإغلاق الصفقات

القدرة على استخدام أنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء ، ومتابعة العملاء المحتملين، وإدارة ومتابعة مراحل عملية المبيعات

مهارات قوية في القيادة، التواصل، التفاوض، حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار

القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق الأهداف ضمن جداول زمنية محددة

شخصية قيادية، منظمة، مبادرة، وقادرة على تحفيز الفريق وتحقيق النتائج 

Main Duties & Responsibilities

قيادة وإدارة فريق المبيعات والإشراف على سير العمل وتحقيق الأهداف البيعية

وضع خطط واستراتيجيات المبيعات الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية بما يتناسب مع أهداف الشركة

تحديد أهداف المبيعات للفريق ومتابعة تحقيقها بشكل مستمر

متابعة أداء أعضاء الفريق وتقييم نتائجهم، وتحديد نقاط القوة ومجالات التطوير

تدريب وتوجيه وتمكين فريق المبيعات ورفع مستوى أدائهم ومهاراتهم البيعية

متابعة العملاء المحتملين والفرص البيعية والتأكد من حسن ادارة المسار المبيعات

تحليل نتائج المبيعات وإعداد التقارير الدورية ورفعها للإدارة

دراسة السوق العقاري والمنافسين والأسعار والفرص الجديدة، واقتراح أساليب تساعد على زيادة الحصة السوقية

الإشراف على تطبيق سياسات وإجراءات المبيعات المعتمدة في الشركة

بناء علاقات مهنية قوية مع العملاء والمحافظة عليها، والمساهمة في استقطاب عملاء جدد

دعم الفريق في المفاوضات وإغلاق الصفقات، خاصة في الحالات التي تتطلب تدخلًا إداريًا

متابعة مراحل عملية البيع من توليد وحتى إتمام الصفقة وخدمة ما بعد البيع

التنسيق المستمر مع الأقسام الأخرى لضمان انسيابية عمليات البيع وتحقيق تجربة جيدة للعميل

استخدام بيانات وتقارير المبيعات لتحليل الأداء واتخاذ قرارات مبنية على البيانات

متابعة التزام الفريق بالسياسات، الإجراءات، المعتمدة وفق المواعيد والوقت المطلوب

المساهمة في تطوير أساليب البيع وتحسين العمليات بما يرفع كفاءة الفريق ونسب التحويل

التعامل مع التحديات والمشكلات البيعية واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة لحلها وتحقيق النتائج المطلوبة
