مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة عالية على بناء علاقات مهنية مع العملاء

مظهر أنيق واحترافي يتناسب مع طبيعة العمل في صالة مجوهرات راقية

شخصية لبقة وواثقة، مع حضور قوي وأسلوب راقٍ في التعامل

قدرة عالية على فهم احتياجات العميل وتقديم الاقتراحات المناسبة له بطريقة مقنعة وغير ضاغطة

مهارات جيدة في البيع والإقناع وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات

مستوى عالٍ من الأمانة والنزاهة والمسؤولية، باعتبارها من المتطلبات الأساسية للوظيفة

Main Duties & Responsibilities/المسؤوليات والمهام الأساسية

استقبال العملاء والترحيب بهم بطريقة راقية واحترافية

فهم احتياجات العملاء وتفضيلاتهم والمناسبة التي يبحثون عن قطعة مجوهرات لها، وتقديم الخيارات المناسبة

عرض وشرح منتجات المجوهرات بطريقة احترافية، مع توضيح خصائصها وجودتها وتصميمها وقيمتها

تقديم تجربة شراء مميزة وشخصية لكل عميل، بما يتناسب مع مستوى الصالة وطبيعة عملائها

بناء علاقات مهنية طويلة الأمد مع العملاء والحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من رضاهم

متابعة استفسارات العملاء وطلبات الشراء والعمل على تحويلها إلى فرص بيع فعلية

المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الفردية والجماعية

متابعة العميل خلال جميع مراحل عملية البيع، بدءاً من الاستقبال وحتى إتمام عملية الشراء

التعامل مع قطع المجوهرات والمنتجات ذات القيمة العالية بأقصى درجات العناية والدقة والمسؤولية

المحافظة على ترتيب المنتجات وتنظيمها وعرضها بالشكل الذي يتوافق مع معايير الصالة

تسجيل ومتابعة بيانات العملاء وعمليات البيع والاستفسارات والمتابعات المطلوبة بدقة

التنسيق المستمر مع فريق العمل والإدارة لضمان سير عمليات البيع وخدمة العملاء بكفاءة

الالتزام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات الشركة المتعلقة بالمبيعات وخدمة العملاء والأمان والسرية والتعامل مع المنتجات الثمينة

الحفاظ على سرية معلومات العملاء والمعاملات والأسعار وأي معلومات داخلية تخص الشركة

المساهمة في الحفاظ على الصورة الراقية والاحترافية للصالة في جميع الأوقات
