Sobre a vaga:

Como Analista de Compras Jr, você atuará no coração da nossa área de Planejamento e Custos. Seu foco será apoiar o fluxo de aquisições de ponta a ponta — garantindo o alinhamento de demandas com S&OP, gerenciando o relacionamento com fornecedores e mantendo a eficiência operacional que impulsiona nossos projetos de tecnologia e mobilidade.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Análise e Execução de Compras: Avaliar demandas internas e de projetos, criar requisições e emitir Pedidos de Compra (P.O.) via ERP/plataforma.
  • Fazer o follow-up sistemático das entregas com fornecedores, cobrando prazos e mantendo o alinhamento de ponta a ponta.
  • Dar suporte ágil a clientes internos e externos, realizando manutenção cadastral e ajustes no sistema.
  • Acompanhar e conferir Notas Fiscais e Boletos com Recebimento e Contas a Pagar, resolvendo divergências de prazos e valores, além de apoiar no fechamento e conciliação de compras.
  • Apoiar o processo de homologação, qualificação e atualização documental de novos parceiros, organizando o histórico de compras e mantendo um canal de comunicação claro e profissional.
  • Compilar e organizar dados de consumo e desempenho para ajudar na identificação de oportunidades de otimização de custos e acompanhamento de KPIs da área.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior em Administração, Economia, Logística, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.
  • Compreensão básica de conceitos de cadeia de suprimentos (Supply Chain), gestão de estoques e análise de custos.
  • Habilidade de se comunicar de forma clara, objetiva e profissional com diferentes áreas e fornecedores.
  • Vontade de aprender, proatividade e espírito colaborativo
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar 3x na semana presencial em Londrina

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência prévia em estágios na área de compras, logística ou funções administrativas/suporte.
  • Inglês básico.
  • Experiênicias em empresas de tecnologia e SaaS
