Na PS, estamos em busca de um(a) Product Manager Pleno para atuar na frente de descoberta de produto, com contato direto com clientes em campo. A pessoa será responsável por identificar problemas reais, transformá-los em oportunidades de produto e conduzir o refinamento e a priorização dessas demandas junto ao time de desenvolvimento.

Este é um papel voltado a discovery: o foco está em entender o problema antes de correr para a solução, trazendo evidência de mercado e de cliente para orientar as decisões de roadmap.

O SEU DESAFIO POR AQUI

Você fará parte de um time multidisciplinar (Produto, Dados/IA e Engenharia) focado em construir soluções centradas no usuário. Sua missão será:

  • Realizar visitas e conversas estruturadas com clientes para identificar dores, necessidades e oportunidades de produto;
  • Sintetizar aprendizados de campo (entrevistas, dados de uso, feedback de CX/Comercial) em insights acionáveis;
  • Transformar demandas identificadas em problemas bem definidos, hipóteses testáveis e itens de backlog;
  • Priorizar iniciativas com base em impacto para o cliente, viabilidade técnica e alinhamento estratégico;
  • Conduzir sessões de refinamento com o time de desenvolvimento, garantindo entendimento claro do problema a ser resolvido;
  • Validar soluções propostas com clientes antes e depois da entrega (discovery contínuo);
  • Manter e comunicar o roadmap do produto, com justificativa de prioridades para stakeholders internos e externos.

O QUE BUSCAMOS

Sabemos que ninguém nasce sabendo tudo, mas adoraríamos encontrar em você:

  • Experiência prévia como Product Manager, com atuação direta em pesquisa e validação com clientes;
  • Vivência em técnicas de discovery (entrevistas, testes de hipótese, prototipação, pesquisa qualitativa e quantitativa);
  • Capacidade de traduzir necessidades de negócio/cliente em requisitos claros para times técnicos;
  • Familiaridade com frameworks de priorização (ex.: RICE, Custo x Valor);
  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal, com capacidade de influenciar sem autoridade formal;
  • Confortável com ambiguidade e com a construção do problema, não apenas da solução;
  • Adaptabilidade à AI-Augmented Workflow: valorizamos a capacidade de aprender e integrar rapidamente novas ferramentas de IA no seu fluxo diário, automatizando tarefas repetitivas e focando na resolução criativa de problemas complexos;
  • Inglês: comunicação adequada para colaborar com times globais;
  • Diferencial: experiência no setor de fleet management ou logística.
