O seu desafio por aqui: Você fará parte de um time multidisciplinar (Produto, Dados e Engenharia) focado em construir soluções centradas no usuário. Sua missão será:

Visão e Estratégia: apoiar a execução da estratégia de produto, garantindo que as necessidades dos usuários estejam no centro de cada decisão;

  • Design Aumentado por IA: utilizar ferramentas de IA e fluxos de trabalho agênticos para acelerar a exploração de soluções, testes de hipóteses e geração de protótipos;
  • Pesquisa e Validação: conduzir pesquisas de usuário e experimentos para identificar personas, dores e oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Handoff e Colaboração Técnica: atuar em estreita colaboração com o time de engenharia utilizando sistemas de componentes (ex: ShadCN, Tailwind) para garantir que o design seja tecnicamente viável e pronto para implementação assistida por IA;
  • Colaboração Multidisciplinar: construir pontes com produto, dados, marketing e engenharia, liderando workshops para influenciar decisões centradas no usuário;
  • Orientação a Resultados: equilibrar esforço e intensidade das ações de design de acordo com o impacto potencial nas métricas de sucesso do produto.

O que buscamos:

  • Testes e Prototipagem: experiência com cenário de experimentação, testes, prototipagem e ferramentas de design;
  • Discovery & Pesquisa: expertise na facilitação de dinâmicas (brainstorms, Design Sprints, Design Thinking) e execução de pesquisas para respaldar a estratégia do produto;
  • Orientação a dados: familiaridade com ferramentas de product analytics, como Pendo, Hotjar, Google Analytics e Google Tag Manager;
  • Adaptabilidade à AI-Augmented Workflow: valorizamos a capacidade de aprender e integrar rapidamente novas ferramentas de IA no seu fluxo diário, automatizando tarefas repetitivas e focando na resolução criativa de problemas complexos;
  • Code-Aware Design: entendimento básico de front-end (HTML, CSS, componentes e design tokens), o suficiente para dialogar com engenharia e validar a viabilidade de protótipos gerados por IA;
  • Formação em Design ou TI: graduação em áreas relacionadas; pós-graduação ou cursos complementares em Design ou Gestão de Produto é um diferencial;
  • Inglês avançado é um diferencial: comunicação para colaborar com times globais;
  • Diferencial: experiência prévia em produtos de mobilidade, logística ou transporte.
