You’ll be right at the intersection of product, technology and client needs, working closely with development teams and operators to shape solutions that make a real difference to PAM products.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Take ownership of the user-facing interfaces in the PAM product core, including the admin interfaces operators use to manage and understand their players.
  • Work closely with two development teams, one in Estonia and one in Ukraine, to turn product requirements into quality features.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager and another Product Owner to shape priorities, develop the product roadmap and drive the PAM product forward.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable backlog items, including epics and user stories.
  • Keep the backlog well-groomed and refined, and make sure both teams understand priorities, scope and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the teams on product questions, and make timely decisions to keep delivery moving.
  • Collaborate with UX, QA, support and other stakeholders / operators to make sure features are intuitive, usable and meet real operator needs.
  • Work closely with the content writing team as a key stakeholder, making sure interface texts, labels, guides and product release information are clear, consistent and useful for operators.
  • Track feature usage and feedback to inform future planning and confirm that new functionality delivers value.
  • Maintain product documentation and release information.
  • Work directly with operators to understand their needs and feedback and turn them into relevant product improvements.
  • Take on analytical tasks when needed, working with business and technical input to explore requirements and support product decisions.

Qualifications

Components for success. You...

  • Have 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a business role (e.g., Business Analyst).
  • Take ownership and follow things through from idea to delivery.
  • Are very organized and can communicate priorities to teams across multiple locations.
  • Are persistent, curious and outgoing, and enjoy building relationships with teams and stakeholders.
  • Have some experience with analytics and BI tools.
  • Have hands-on experience building and working with AI agents.
  • Can write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, direct AI agents with precise specifications and critically verify the quality and correctness of their output.
  • Understand SQL and relational databases as well as cloud-based solutions.
  • Are comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones and cultures.
  • Are able and interested to learn.
  • Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.

You'll get extra points for...

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience in the iGaming industry or in user account management.
  • Have experience with back-office or admin interfaces and data-heavy UIs.

Thrive in a culture that values...

  • Initiative-taking and confident approach at the workplace.
  • Global scope and inclusive working environment.
  • Constant learning and development opportunities.
  • Active lifestyle and mental well-being.
  • Fun and engaging company events.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
