Notre ambition est de devenir leader dans nos métiers sur les zones géographiques où nous opérons. Le Groupe PLISSONNEAU, regroupe aujourd’hui 24 filiales présentes en Martinique, Guadeloupe, Guyane, océan indien, et en France métropolitaine.

La convergence de savoir-faire et d'expertises techniques a permis au Groupe de construire les piliers de son développement autour de métiers phares tels que : la location, vente et maintenance de véhicules utilitaires, industriels et de chariots élévateurs ; le transport ; le levage et la manutention ; l’installation et la maintenance d’équipements pétroliers ; les équipements de Protection Individuelle ; les solutions de stockage.

VOS MISSIONS

  • Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice Administrative et Financières, vos principales missions en qualité de contrôleur(se) de gestion (H/F) seront les suivantes :
  • Suivi et analyse des stocks du Groupe (valorisation, rotation, obsolescence, fiabilité des inventaires, indicateurs de performance).
  • Élaboration et suivi des tableaux de bord opérationnels et financiers.
  • Analyse des marges par activité, agence, produit ou projet.
  • Participation aux clôtures mensuelles et à l'analyse des écarts entre réel, budget et prévisionnel.
  • Participation à l'élaboration des budgets, forecasts et business plans.
  • Production d'analyses ponctuelles à destination de la Direction Générale, du CODIR et des actionnaires.
  • Contribution à l'amélioration continue des outils de reporting et des processus de pilotage.
  • Participation aux projets de transformation financière et de digitalisation des outils de gestion.

VOTRE PROFIL

Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure en finance, gestion ou comptabilité, vous justifiez d'une première expérience significative en contrôle de gestion, analyse financière ou audit.

Vous avez une bonne maitrise d’Excel et une forte appétence pour l’analyse des données.

Maîtrise du logiciel Power BI.

Vous avez de solides compétences informatiques et une bonne compréhension des techniques comptables, gestion permettant d'utiliser les données à des fins décisionnelles.

Vos capacités d’analyse et de synthèse, votre adaptabilité et votre rigueur seront des atouts indispensables pour assurer le succès de vos missions.

Une expérience au sein d’un groupe multi-sociétés et pluriactivité est un avantage.
