STRAL, Société des Transports Routiers Automobile Livet est une entreprise française de manutention, transport, levage et de logistique. A l’origine une petite structure familiale qui a su s’adapter, se moderniser pour devenir une filiale et un maillon solide du groupe Montagrues, leader indépendant de la location de camions grue en Ile de France.

Un spécialiste de la manutention : STRAL se place sur le marché comme une entreprise spécialiste de la manutention, dynamique, réactive et capable d’intervenir face à toutes sortes de situations. La société STRAL dispose d’une gamme de camions bras de grue allant du 27 TM à 99 TM et de camion plateau bâché équipé d’un hayon.

Dans une perspective de développement de son activité, la société STRAL recrute son futur Responsable Manutention (H/F).

VOS MISSIONS :

Management des équipes

  • Encadrer, animer et coordonner une équipe de manutentionnaires.
  • Répartir les missions et organiser les interventions.
  • Veiller au développement des compétences des collaborateurs.
  • Contrôler la qualité des travaux réalisés.
  • Assurer le respect des procédures et des consignes de sécurité.

Organisation des opérations

  • Planifier les opérations de transport et manutention.
  • Organiser les moyens humains, matériels et techniques nécessaires.
  • Assurer le suivi opérationnel des chantiers.
  • Gérer les imprévus et optimiser les délais d'intervention.
  • Veiller à la satisfaction des clients.

Gestion logistique

  • Organiser la logistique des opérations.
  • Assurer la gestion du dépôt.
  • Organiser les approvisionnements et les transports.
  • Garantir la disponibilité du matériel nécessaire aux interventions.

Sécurité

  • Animer les réunions sécurité sur les chantiers.
  • Veiller au respect des réglementations et procédures HSE.
  • Identifier les risques et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives.
  • Participer aux analyses d'incidents et aux actions de prévention.

Gestion opérationnelle

  • Élaborer et suivre le planning des équipes.
  • Assurer la coordination avec les différents services de l'entreprise.
  • Contrôler la bonne exécution des prestations.

Développement commercial

  • Entretenir la relation avec certains clients.
  • Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer les solutions adaptées.
  • Participer au développement du chiffre d'affaires de l'agence.

Suppléance du Directeur d'agence

En l'absence du Responsable d'agence :

  • Assure le pilotage quotidien de l'activité de l'agence ;
  • Prend les décisions opérationnelles nécessaires ;
  • Coordonne les équipes ;
  • Représente l'entreprise auprès des clients et partenaires ;
  • Veille au bon fonctionnement de l'agence.
