The posting

O Consultor de vendas Consórcios da Toyota Expoente Bragança Paulista é responsável por prospectar clientes, identificar oportunidades de negócio e comercializar cotas de consórcio, oferecendo soluções financeiras alinhadas às necessidades de cada cliente. Atua de forma consultiva durante todo o processo de venda, desde a prospecção e apresentação dos produtos até o fechamento da negociação e acompanhamento do cliente no pós-venda.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Prospectar clientes em potencial dentro e fora da concessionária, utilizando estratégias de vendas e ações de marketing para gerar oportunidades;
  • Identificar as necessidades e expectativas dos clientes, recomendando o plano de consórcio mais adequado ao seu perfil;
  • Apresentar com clareza os benefícios, vantagens, políticas, termos e condições dos consórcios oferecidos;
  • Realizar demonstrações e explicações detalhadas sobre os produtos de consórcio, destacando diferenciais e vantagens competitivas;
  • Elaborar propostas de vendas personalizadas, levando em consideração as informações fornecidas pelo cliente;
  • Negociar condições comerciais, incluindo prazos de pagamento, taxas de administração e valores de parcelas;
  • Fechar vendas de consórcios de forma eficiente, garantindo o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas pela concessionária;
  • Auxiliar nas demais rotinas e processos do setor.
  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Carteira de Habilitação "B";
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização, proatividade e foco em resultados;
  • Habilidade em negociação, argumentação e abordagem consultiva;
  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office e ferramentas de tecnologia da informação;
  • Experiência com vendas de consórcio será considerado um diferencial;
  • Experiência nas atividades do cargo e conhecimento no segmento automotivo serão considerados diferenciais.

Horário de trabalho: Segunda a Sexta das 08:30h às 18h e aos Sabados 9h às 13h
