Nosso cliente: Topnutri https://topnutri.com.br/ está em busca de um(a) Gerente Regional Comercial

A(a) Gerente(a) Regional Comercial será responsável por desenvolver a área comercial do Triângulo Mineiro, através da manutenção da carteira já existente, como também conduzindo abertura de mercado, construindo e liderando equipe e fortalecendo a presença da Topnutri na região. Atuará com gestão comercial, suporte técnico ao cliente, expansão de canais, acompanhamento de indicadores e execução da política comercial, sendo peça-chave na consolidação da marca na região.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Gerir a operação comercial da região, oferecendo suporte técnico-comercial, treinando equipe e garantindo execução da política de vendas.
  • Desenvolver o mercado no Triângulo Mineiro realizando planejamento estratégico anual, metas, mapeamento e expansão da base de clientes.
  • Atuar diretamente com clientes estratégicos, conduzindo visitas, atendendo objeções, ministrando palestras e dando assistência técnica.
  • Estruturar, contratar, orientar e acompanhar representantes e promotores, avaliando performance e monitorando indicadores (CRM, visitas, metas).
  • Monitorar ações da concorrência e reportar mensalmente resultados, demandas técnicas e desempenho à Diretoria/Gerência.
  • Apoiar áreas internas (crédito, cobrança, qualidade), zelar por processos e equipamentos, e garantir cumprimento de normas e políticas corporativas.
  • Residir em Uberlândia ou região, ou atuar comercialmente no Triâgulo Mineiro
  • Conhecimento em nutrição animal.
  • Experiência em vendas técnicas no agro, com abordagem consultiva.
  • Capacidade de analisar e gerir indicadores (CRM, visitas, metas).
  • Vivência na gestão e acompanhamento de representantes e promotores.
  • Planejamento e execução de estratégias comerciais regionais.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens.
