O Técnico Mecânico é responsável por atender as demandas pós‑vendas dos equipamentos em campo, garantindo o pleno funcionamento das máquinas por meio da realização de avaliações e manutenções. Atua como elo entre a sede e os clientes, oferecendo suporte técnico continuo à partir das solicitações recebidas, assegurando qualidade no atendimento e eficiência na solução de problemas.

O profissional em questão atuará no atendimento de demandas no estado de Minas Gerais

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar visitas técnicas em campo, atendendo clientes e parceiros conforme as demandas recebidas pela sede
  • Diagnosticar falhas e executar manutenções, garantindo o pleno funcionamento dos equipamentos
  • Prestar suporte técnico aos clientes, esclarecendo dúvidas e orientando quanto ao uso e conservação das máquinas
  • Identificar necessidades e propor soluções técnicas adequadas, contribuindo para a eficiência dos serviços
  • Registrar e reportar as atividades realizadas, mantendo a comunicação alinhada com a equipe interna
  • Desenvolver e manter relacionamento com clientes e parceiros na região de atuação
  • Residir em Campo Grande ou região
  • Disponibilidade para viagens
  • Experiência em manutenção de equipamentos (mecânica e elétrica)
  • Formação técnica concluída ou em andamento
  • Habilidade em comunicação por WhatsApp e e-mail
  • Experiência em atendimento ao cliente
