Il s'agit d'un poste en CDI avec une date de prise de poste au plus tôt.

L'activité Incentive accompagne les entreprises, de la PME aux grands comptes, dans la mise en place de programmes de motivation et de challenges commerciaux destinés à stimuler les ventes et fidéliser les clients. Ces dispositifs s'appuient notamment sur des solutions cadeaux et récompenses permettant de valoriser la performance et de soutenir la croissance du chiffre d'affaires.

🎯 Vos missions principales

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Funter Incentive SME H/F pour renforcer notre équipe commerciale.

Rattaché(e) au Directeur Commercial, vous êtes responsable de la gestion et du développement d'un portefeuille de client SME Incentive, de l'accompagnement des clients tout au long de leur parcours d'achat et du traitement des leads entrants afin de développer l'activité commerciale.

À ce titre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

  • Gérer en autonomie un portefeuille composé de clients ayant passés commande lors du précédent exercice N-1
  • Accompagner les clients via des actions proactives (téléphone et emails)
  • Traiter les leads entrants communiqués par les équipes digital marketing et growth afin d’optimiser notre acquisition
  • Être expert de nos solutions Incentive afin de conseiller et mettre en avant les meilleurs avantages (carte, papier, e-chèque)
  • Participer à l’atteinte des objectifs stratégiques de l’entreprise concernant le segment SME Incentive dans le respect de la politique commerciale définie

Veritable Funter H/F, vous êtes orienté(e) résultats et maîtrisez les techniques de négociation.

Tenace, assertif(ve), dynamique et résilient(e), vous faites preuve d'autonomie, d'organisation et d'un fort sens des priorités.

Doté(e) d'excellentes qualités relationnelles, vous savez écouter, conseiller et instaurer une relation de confiance avec vos interlocuteurs.

À l'aise dans un environnement collaboratif et transverse, vous maîtrisez les outils digitaux, le Pack Office et idéalement Salesforce.
