🎯 Vos missions principales :

Afin d'accompagner notre croissance, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Juriste Généraliste H/F pour renforcer notre Direction Juridique.

À ce titre, vous aurez pour principales missions de :

  • Rédiger, analyser et négocier les contrats ainsi que l'ensemble des documents juridiques.
  • Assurer la validation juridique des contrats préalablement à leur signature.
  • Réaliser des recherches juridiques et rédiger des notes d'analyse et de synthèse à destination des équipes opérationnelles.
  • Apporter des solutions et recommandations juridiques adaptées aux enjeux opérationnels liés aux activités de l'entreprise.
  • Assurer un reporting régulier auprès du Responsable Juridique et du Directeur Juridique.

🌟 Votre profil

  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Master 2, idéalement en Droit des Affaires, voir Certificat d'Aptitude à la Profession d'Avocat,
  • Vous justifiez d'une ou plusieurs spécialités en Droit des affaires, Droit des contrats, Droit commercial et de la consommation, Droit de la protection des données (RGPD).
  • Vous aimez évoluer dans des environnements exigeants, complexes et en constante évolution.
  • Reconnu(e) pour vos qualités rédactionnelles et relationnelles, vous savez analyser les risques juridiques, sécuriser les projets et accompagner efficacement les équipes opérationnelles.
  • Rigoureux(se), autonome et pragmatique, vous appréciez le travail transversal et les échanges avec des interlocuteurs variés.
  • Vous parlez couramment anglais
