Job Overview

We are currently looking for Accountants to join our growing finance team. This hiring includes professionals with experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

The ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in accounting processes and financial reporting. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Process and verify vendor invoices and payment requests
  • Prepare and process payments in a timely manner
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of all payables transactions

Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts
  • Record incoming payments and maintain AR records
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues

General Ledger (GL)

  • Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations
  • Assist in financial closing processes
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
  • Prepare financial reports and variance analysis
  • Analyze financial performance and trends
  • Support management in financial decision-making

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA is an advantage but not required
  • 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience (AP, AR, GL, or FP&A)
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good communication and organizational skills
