The posting

We are looking for experienced Brand Managers to join a growing pharmaceutical organization and lead the development, management, and execution of key pharmaceutical brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage brands throughout the product lifecycle, from strategy and planning to execution and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct market, competitor, customer, and product analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement product positioning, promotional campaigns, marketing programs, and commercial initiatives.
  • Work closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful brand execution.
  • Monitor brand performance, sales results, market trends, and ROI, and recommend appropriate strategies.
  • Support the development of marketing materials, product communication, sales tools, and promotional activities.
  • Lead initiatives for new product launches, where applicable, including launch planning, market assessment, positioning, and execution.
  • Maintain strong understanding of the Philippine pharmaceutical market, customer dynamics, and competitive landscape.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3–7+ years of pharmaceutical marketing/brand management experience, preferably in a Brand Manager or Product Manager capacity.
  • Strong experience in pharmaceutical brand management, from strategy development through execution.
  • Experience in ethical pharma and/or OTC is highly preferred.
  • Relevant therapeutic/product experience is an advantage, particularly in:
  • Vaccines
  • Ethical / Prescription Medicines
  • OTC / Consumer Healthcare
  • New Product Launches
  • Strong analytical, strategic, project management, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
  • Strong understanding of the Philippine pharmaceutical market.
  • Commercially driven with a strong understanding of sales and marketing execution.
