The posting

Job Description:

  • Conduct reviews of financial, operational, and IT processes to assess risks and internal controls.
  • Evaluate control design, operating effectiveness, and compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Identify control gaps, document process flows, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assess IT risks affecting financial reporting systems, including IT General Controls (ITGCs) and application controls.
  • Support finance system implementations by documenting system data flows and evaluating relevant controls.
  • Conduct process walkthroughs, analyze audit evidence, document findings, and present recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Internal Audit teams to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and manage risks.
  • Support remediation initiatives and process improvement projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in auditing, accounting, risk management, or internal controls.
  • Experience in public accounting, preferably with a Big Four firm, and/or at a US-based company.
  • Hands-on experience in IT audit, including IT General Controls (ITGCs), application controls, or IT risks related to financial reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, COSO, and risk assessment practices. Experience reviewing SOC reports is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
