Pay $23-25/hour | McMinnville, OR | Behavior Technician | 2026-2027 School Year

Position Details

  • Behavior Technician Position for the 2026-2027 School Year
  • McMinnville, OR area
  • Elementary and Middle School Caseload
  • 1:1 and group support for students with intense behavior challenges including physical aggression and elopement
  • 8-4:30 Monday-Friday according to school calendar
  • ASAP-June 9, 2027

Hello Behavior Techs! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is looking for a school-based Behavior Technician in the McMinnville, OR area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What We're Looking For

  • Associates Degree or equivalent, or 2 years post secondary and at least 60 completed credits OR
  • Paraprofessional Credential (such as passing score on ParaPro or ParaEducator Assessments)
  • Previous experience working in the school setting and/or supporting behavior preferred
