PRコーディネーターとして、PRマネージャーの指示のもと、業務を担当します。

社内の各部門をはじめ、セレブリティやインフルエンサー、外部PRエージェンシーなどの社外パートナーとも密に連携しながら、日本市場におけるPR活動を推進します。

グローバルに急速な成長を続ける環境のなか、多くのプロジェクトを並行して動かしていくポジションです。東京・銀座の中心にあるオフィスを拠点に、日本市場における主要なターゲットへ向けて、ポレーヌの魅力とブランド認知を高めていくことが本ポジションの役割です。

主な業務内容

- プレス・広報業務 プレスリリースの配信、PR資料の作成、プレス向け発表会の準備・運営など、日々のプレス業務を担当します。また、LINEやニュースレターをはじめとする日本向けPR・マーケティングコンテンツの内容確認・校正・配信も行います。

- セレブリティ・KOL・インフルエンサー施策 セレブリティ、KOL、インフルエンサーへのギフティングやペイドパートナーシップ、コラボレーション施策の進行・管理を担当します。候補者のリサーチやコンタクト、施策の調整に加え、店舗でのミーティングやイベントへの招待・アテンド、実施後のフォローアップなど、日常的なコミュニケーションを通じた関係構築を行います。

- PRイベント・各種施策の進行・運営 新作発表やPRイベント、その他のPR施策について、スケジュール管理、関係各所との調整、準備・運営など、施策の実行を担当します。社内の各部門や外部パートナーと連携し、円滑な進行をサポートします。

- PR活動の実績管理・レポーティング メディア掲載、SNSでの反響、ギフティングやインフルエンサー施策の実績など、PR活動の成果を集計・分析します。月次のKPIや活動実績をまとめ、社内へのレポーティングや今後の施策改善につなげます。

求めるスキル・ご経験

- ファッションまたはビューティー業界でのPR実務経験（3年以上） ブランド側（インハウス）、代理店側どちらでの経験も可 ※ラグジュアリー業界での経験がある方は歓迎します

- 業界関係者とのネットワーク セレブリティー、インフルエンサー、KOL等との良好な関係性をお持ちの方

- パートナーシップ施策の一貫した運用実績 インフルエンサー施策の企画・キャスティングから、実際のイベント・キャンペーン実行までを手掛けたご経験

- 語学力 ネイティブレベルの日本語力（高い文章力・コミュニケーション力）およびビジネスレベルの英語力

- 高い業務推進力と柔軟性 スピード感のある環境で、複数のプロジェクトの優先順位を見極めてスムーズに進行できる方。変化に対して柔軟に対応し、自ら主体的に行動できる方

選考プロセス

1. HR（採用担当者）との面談 : メゾンの歴史や価値観、ブランドのビジョンをお伝えするとともに、これまでのご経験や今後のキャリアへの想いをお聞かせください。

2. 直属のマネージャーとの面接 : 業務内容やチームが直面している課題について深く理解を深め、日々の業務でどのようなインパクトを発揮できるかを具体的に一緒に考えます。

3. ケーススタディ（課題提出) : 実務を想定した課題に取り組んでいただきます。あなたの創造性、課題解決へのアプローチ、そして仕事への向き合い方を存分に発揮してください。

4. ケーススタディのプレゼンテーション & ディスカッション : 制作したケーススタディを将来のマネージャーへプレゼンテーションし、課題へのアプローチやチームでの連帯方法について深く議論します。

5. PR & インフルエンサーグローバル責任者との最終面接 : ポレーヌのビジョンや戦略について俯瞰的な視点から話し合い、メゾンでの長期的なキャリアの可能性について探ります。
