  • Experience identifying and implementing cost-reduction and productivity improvement opportunities.
  • Familiarity with PFMEA, Control Plans, process capability, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Experience in automotive, powersports, or high-volume manufacturing environments.

Position Overview

The Manufacturing Engineer develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods and processes to ensure production requirements are achieved safely, efficiently, and within quality and cost expectations. The role analyzes existing operations, identifies opportunities for improvement, and implements solutions focused on productivity, ergonomics, material flow, labor utilization, quality, and cost reduction.

A key responsibility includes the design and development of tooling, fixtures, prototypes, poka-yokes, and manufacturing aids using CAD and 3D printing technologies. The position works closely with production teams to understand operational needs, translate requirements into practical designs, manufacture or coordinate prototypes, validate solutions on the production floor, and implement successful concepts into regular operations.

The Manufacturing Engineer also supports automation projects and manufacturing technology improvements, identifying opportunities to automate manual or repetitive processes and collaborating with Engineering, Maintenance, integrators, and equipment suppliers to develop and implement solutions. Responsibilities may include defining technical requirements, evaluating concepts, supporting equipment installation and validation, and ensuring new solutions meet safety, quality, productivity, and operational requirements.

Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining process documentation and work instructions, conducting labor and process studies, establishing standards for operations and workstation layouts, and supporting equipment troubleshooting. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
