Du sprichst gerne mit Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmern auf Augenhöhe, verstehst, was ein Betrieb wirklich absichern muss und möchtest Kundenbeziehungen aktiv gestalten, statt nur Tickets abzuarbeiten? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Bei uns berätst du unsere Firmenkunden und entwickelst die Kundenbeziehungen gemeinsam mit unserem Team langfristig und nachhaltig weiter.

  • Du betreust unsere Firmenkunden im Tagesgeschäft und bist erste Ansprechperson für Fragen rund um ihre Versicherungsverträge.
  • Egal ob Vertrag, Änderung oder Schaden, du kümmerst dich um die Anliegen unserer Kunden und sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team dafür, dass sie schnell und unkompliziert weiterkommen.
  • Du analysierst die Versicherungssituation unserer Firmenkunden, von Betriebshaftpflicht über Inhalts- und Gebäudeversicherung bis hin zu Cyber, erkennst Deckungslücken, betriebliche Risiken und Beratungsanlässe und gehst aktiv auf unsere Kunden zu.
  • Du wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Betreuungskonzepte für Firmenkunden mit und bringst eigene Ideen ein, wie wir unsere Prozesse weiter verbessern.

Dein Profil

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung im Versicherungs- oder Maklerbereich und/oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Versicherung bzw. Finanzen.
  • Berufserfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche, idealerweise in der Betreuung von Gewerbe- oder Firmenkunden und die Fähigkeit, dich schnell in komplexe Vertragssituationen einzuarbeiten.
  • Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt: Du hörst zu, stellst die richtigen Fragen und erkennst echten Beratungsbedarf.
  • Du bist zielorientiert und verbindlich und hast Spaß daran, deine eigenen Ergebnisse zu verfolgen.
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Lust, Verantwortung für unsere Kunden zu übernehmen.
