Darauf freust Du Dich Du hast Freude daran, unseren Kunden im Schadenfall zur Seite zu stehen und dafür zu sorgen, dass sie schnell die bestmögliche Unterstützung erhalten? Als Versicherungsmakler sind die Interessen unserer Kunden Teil unserer DNA. In deiner Rolle als Customer Success Manager Schadenmanagement am Standort Frankfurt bist du die erste Anlaufstelle, begleitest unsere Kunden durch den gesamten Schadenprozess und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich jederzeit bestens betreut fühlen:

  • Erste Anlaufstelle: Du bist für unsere Kunden die erste Adresse im Schadenfall, nimmst Meldungen auf und sorgst dafür, dass alle Infos und Unterlagen vollständig vorliegen.
  • Begleiter im Schadenprozess: Du führst unsere Kunden Schritt für Schritt durch den gesamten Schadenprozess – von der ersten Meldung bis zur finalen Regulierung – und behältst jederzeit den Überblick.
  • Koordinator und Möglichmacher: Du stimmst dich mit Versicherern, Gutachtern oder Werkstätten ab und setzt alles daran, dass unsere Kunden schnell die bestmögliche Lösung bekommen.
  • Mitgestalten statt nur abwickeln: Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, wie wir die Schadenprozesse für Kunden noch einfacher, transparenter und effizienter machen können.

Dein Profil

Was Du mitbringst Du bist ein Teamplayer mit Leidenschaft für Versicherungen und hast Lust darauf, dein Talent bei uns weiterzuentwickeln und dich proaktiv mit deinen Ideen und Vorschlägen einzubringen? Wir suchen keine Alleskönner, sondern setzen auf Persönlichkeiten, die gemeinsam mit uns etwas bewegen wollen. Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung im Versicherungs- oder Versicherungsmaklerbereich und/oder ein Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Versicherung / Finanzen.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Schadenabwicklung und ein starkes Interesse an diesem Bereich.
  • Du bist strukturiert, organisiert, hast eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt.
  • Du begeisterst dich für die Versicherungsbranche, digitale Tools und hast Lust, unsere Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten.
